Scott,
Our family had a wonderful time here.
Thank you for your gracious hospitality.
Fresh eggs for breakfast... sweet cherries right off the tree...canoeing...fire by the water .... sunset all added fun to our experience.
Thanks for your flexibility with the schedule that made our trip possible.
Blessings!

Hi Scott,
Just wanted to say thanks again for a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay. The only negative is that we couldn't stay longer!
We all loved the lake, fresh fruit and eggs (the boys would be happy spending an extra week with the chickens, boats and fruit trees!)
Your hospitality has been outstanding. Thanks for making this part of our vacation so memorable!
Regards,

We would like to thank you both for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home. It will be very hard to go back home to Salt Lake City, Utah and I'm sure we will be talking about our trip for awhile. Thanks for leaving brochures and pamphlets, they were a great help in finding things to do! The weather was wonderful, and the view outstanding, and the home was very comfortable! Also, Yvonne, the massage was great..... just what I needed!!
Thanks

We had a great visit. The artwork and oriental rugs were a treat. We enjoyed the fresh fruit and use of the canoe and row boat. The wood burning hot tub was a first. Thank you for being a good host.

We really enjoyed staying here! The house is so warm & homey and the fire pit & cookers were really fun! We dread the heat back in Houston after having such beautiful weather while we were here. Thanks Again!

Dear Roskams, what an enjoyably pleasant place to bring our family. The roominess allowed us to relax and just enjoy each other. We had lots of fun cooking together, playing games, skiing, cross-country skiing and visiting Bigfork.

Wonderful Vacation Spot on "The Most Beautiful Flathead Lake."
Canoe, water boards, bikes, bonfire and amazing video library. Buthe scenery is best. This place is paradise. Thank the the strawberries. We all had a fabulouly memorable time this week. It surprised me how many things there were to do...right here on the grounds. The bagpies and fireworks were pretty dramatic.

The Bad
"The house is not right on the lake."
(Please note the location pictures and descriptions plainly describing the house location relative to the lake)
"The grounds are simply not maintained nor manicured to our standards."
(You are visiting a orchard farm, the lawns are mowed and flowers, trees and gardens are everywhere, however, this is not a luxury villia nor a golf resort type of property)
"There are old trucks and a tractor within our view."
(This is a working 3+ acre farm., There is equiptment parked on the property, and in use, common to a farm operation.)
"We are very discriminating people and we were expecting entirely different sort of accommodations and amenities for our vacation, we are disappointed."
(Please understand this is a home that is lived in part of the year by the owners, it is not a hotel /resort or a vacation time share type of property)
Please carefully view all the pictures and descriptions on our web site and feel free to ask questions (Ph. 800 669 3555). We wish to to insure you have full and complete information so as to choose the type of property that will make your vacation a wonderful and throughly enjoyable one.

The Ugly
It is not uncommon for vacationers to either have a change in their vacation plans or just change their minds about the desired length of their scheduled stay less than 30 days before their arrival date (the full refund cut off date). We will do all we can to rent your time to another party and still give you a refund for those days we are able to re-rent to someone else.
So, give us as much time to do this as you can if you desire a last minute change in your reserved dates.
Each year one or two parties will neglect to do this in the hope that they can avoid paying for a part of their reservation by just being downright ugly about it after they arrive.
